father in law felt faint, and was laid down on his back and then profusely started sweating. No history of High or Low BP or diabetes etc. He is healthy... Has been under the weather with congestion and a cough lately.. but other then that nothing please advise if this should be taken with high concern... thank you!

A one time occurrence is not of great concerns but should it occur again, then we must take it seriously. Should this happen again, please seek immediate medical evaluation for appropriate diagnosis and management. A primary care physician would provide a good point of entry.
