What Causes Fainting, Sore Head And Vomiting?

Hiya , I have a query , a few year s ago I began to get bad headaches with fainting , they said it was migranes and if it was to reocur to come back. I banged my head last week not a hard bang but since then I ve been having persistent headaches. As of today I ve been feelin really weak , I thought it was hunger and ate my dinner about fifteen minute s ago , I ve been vomitting for the last 2 mobths but the doctor perscribed me tablet s for this and that calmed it down , whereas since I ve ate I started vomitting straight away , I m wondering if there s anything I should be concerned about ? With having faintness today , a sore head and now vomitting as I am supposed to start back at work tomarrow after holiday s and I don t feel well at all ?

Neurologist, Surgical 's  Response
Hello and welcome to " Ask a Doctor" service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, those symptoms require further investigations about the cause.

Conditions such as hydrocephalus, vascular malformations, etc. should be considered.

In your case, a brain MRI is justified for a correct diagnosis.

Discuss with your Neurologist for these issues.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask if you have further questions.
