Hello went to a pain clinic to get my pain meds before was incarcerated until June 12"5 and half months took ua came up pos for pcp I have never used Pcp and am prescribed Norco soma xanax desoxyn ADHD and depocote I have been with out meds since Feb.Why would pcp be tested pos if I am clean false pos???urine was sent to lab meanwhile still with out meds and have nev medicad.What do I know????

I read your case diligently, it is unfortunate to know that you have been tested positive for PCP which apparently is a false positive test.
The use of following medications could have been responsible for the false positive test: Venlafaxine & Imipramine ( used in the treatment of depression and painful nerve conditions). Other possible drugs are Dextromethorphan, Diphenhydramine, NyQuil which contains sedating antihistamines, hypnotics and alcohol) Tramadol (an opioid drug used to treat severe pain) & NSAIDs ( like Ibuprofen, Naproxen, etc) also used for pain associated with inflammation.
So, if you have taken one of the above listed medications, the false positive test is likely to occur.
