Just woke up from a short nights sleep and i wasn't able to breathe, just very short gasps which lasted for about 30 seconds. My airway cleared and i was able to cough. Afterwards i can only explain it as my heart was beating so fast as if i had just ran a sprint race. It felt like i had 3 different hearts in my chest it was beating so fast and hard. after 3 minutes the heartbeat settled down and now 20 minutes later i can still feel a slight erraticness to my heartbeat. i had no pain or dizziness when the heart was beating
