What Causes Fast Beating In Upper Chest?

I was watching tv and all of a sudden I got a really fast beating on the right side of my upper chest. Kind of like a heart beat, in the middle of my right pectoral muscle. I m 18 years old and am very active. I m going to college on a cross country and track scholarship so I don t believe it s anything health related. Can you help me out? Thank you. -Vincent

Palpitations on the right side of chest can be due to muscular fluttering.
But to be on the safe side visit ER annd get aan ecg done.
