What Causes Fast Heart Beat After Smoking Cigarette?

I was recently diagnosed with anxiety, along with stress and depression. Last yr I was told I had bronchitis in which my Meds cured it. But I smoke cigarette regularly. But whenever I have a cig and finish it, my heart beats extremely fast. Do I need to quit?

Tablet clonazepam is best for anxiety and stress.
SSRI groups of drugs are helpful in depression.
Do slow deep breathing and relaxation therapy for tension.
Do heavy exercise like swimming and cycling.
Involve yourself in other activities like games, music, social activities etc.
Smoking causes lung injury due to cell damage.
Immunity also decreases due to smoking.
Infection and asthma are high due to loss of resistance to infections.
Smoking also causes damage to heart vessels.
Nicotine in cigarette causes heart problems.
You must quit smoking.
Please consult your counselor for help.
