Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. You problem of fast heart beat and sensation on hands is called palpitation. It can come in conditions like hypertension or cardiac arrhythmias. So it is better to check your blood pressure and ECG to rule out that. Some people will get such palpitation while taking some brands of alcohol also.Beta blockers like metaprolol might be needed for you to control it.Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query. Thanks
