Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to post prandial hypotension.

For this reason, I would recommend measuring your blood pressure before and after each meal.

A head Up Tilt test would help investigate for possible orthostatic intolerance, which is closely related to post-prandial hypotension.

Some tips to help improve your situation would be:

- avoid large meals
- try to eat more frequently and in small meals
- avoid hyper-caloric food
- perform a lot of physical activity.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
