What Causes Fast Heart Rate, Tiredness With Family History Of Heart Disease?

I am a 61 year old female. My heart rate has always been in the 68-70 rate. For the past year it is always around 98 or 99. During the past year I feel tired all the time, along with other strange symptoms. Heart disease is part of my family history. Is this a cause for concern?
