What Causes Fast Heart Rates While Dancing?

sometimes i dance around my apartment and my heart rate will SUDDENLY get very fast (over 200) and then go back to normal just as suddenly (it doesn't slow down. Its just fast one second then normal the next. I don't know why this happens. help please

Anyway, I would recommend performing regular physical activity in order to improve your physical performance and reduce palpitations during physical activity.
