What Causes Faster Heart Beats And Breath Smells Like Ulcer?

Supposedly anexiety....due to my bp droppin with out meds I stopped taking them until I see my doctor....that s my back ground....my question is my heartbeat feels very fast and hard to me but when its checked its fine and I feel very outta sorts also out of the blue my breath smells like my ulcer(heartburn belches) any ideas of what s causing these problems onset?
