What Causes Faster Heartbeat, Tonsil Problems And Odd Nature Of Urine?

Hi i have been feeling not too well, im always tired my heart rate is a little fast my tonsils are very high and i have not had a sore throat!! I dont have a high temp! My urine is a little odd as it has white particulars in!! I always feel odd as one day i can feel happy and the next feel low.

Regarding your concern, I would recommend performing some tests to exclude a possible infection.

Besides a careful physical examination, I would also recommend performing these tests:

-complete blood count, inflammation tests (for possible infection)
-blood electrolytes (possible electrolyte imbalance)
-urine analysis
-thyroid hormone levels (chronic fatigue, heart rate changes may be related to a thyroid dysfunction)

If all these tests result normal, there is nothing to worry about.
