What Causes Fatigue After Discontinuing Levothyroxine?

I have not taken my thyroid medication, Levothyroxine, in about 54 days. I have no thyroid or parathyroid due to substernal goiter. I missplaced my medicine. I cannot stay awake, and am sore all over. Is this dangerous? I can get refilled tomorrow..but worried about effects and symptoms of not taking. Please let me know what this causes/. Thank you. i AM 57 YEARS OLD-THYROID REMOVAL ABOAUT 10 YEARS AGO.

dear patient.you underwent thyroidectomy 10 years ago. so your body doesnt produce thyroid hormone, whose important function is to maintain the normal functioning of body at optimum rates .thats why you have to take external thyroid hormone to replace the deficiency. if you dont start levothyroxine again, you will get weaker and more dizzy. you dont have to worry.you just need to start your levothyroxine dose immediatly and continue life long without any breaks. You will return to normal within a week.
have a good health and good day.
