What Causes Fatigue Along With Nausea And Headaches?

I am 66yr old female. Diabetics 2 only serious condition but well controlled. The last 3-4 days I’ve been low on energy, a few heAdaches when I normally don’t get them, occasional nausea maybe one time A day and loss of appetite (which I never have). I work out a lot....lifting weights and elipitical 3-4 times a week si I am strong and feel I have a strong heart. I also have been requiring a lot of sleep the last couple of days. My blood sugar is normal....I’m concerned about these symptoms reflecting a heart issue ? What do you think.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The possible causes for your fatigue can be: 1. widespread inflammation; 2. depression; 3. insomnia or poor sleep quality; 4. hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid); 5. low testosterone levels in men; 6. kidney failure; 7. medication side effects; 8. skipping meals; 9. lack of physical activity; 10. poor nutrition; 11. lack of social support, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
