What Causes Fatigue Along With Weakness In The Legs And Arms?

i am a male 63 years old . I am experiencing muscle fatigue , weakness and aching in legs , back and arms . My fore arms ache within minutes of using the computer mouse . Calves start to ache within minutes of standing still . Shoulder and neck starts quickly holding my i pad in bed I am a carpenter so i have a fairly active day . but don t workout. What do you think Steve

I would suggest that you do the following as an initial:

- Get your Full blood count ( FBC test) and Fasting Blood sugar level.

- Drink plenty of water

- Focus more on your diet.



Get the results checked by your GP.
