What Causes Fatigue And Chest / Back Pain Inspite Of Having Normal Tests?

Hello doctors, Well i am really going through hell in my life. Gone through chest x rays, stress echo, pft, ultrasound abdomen , and various blood tests but nothing shows up. And my chest and back pain along with chest heaviness doesnt seem to go away.all there is a body weakness all the time. My age is just 32 and i m scared .wat to do

It might be a anxiety disorder and as I treat my patient first step is to avoid caffeine and energy drinks
You as well may start treatment with alprazolam and citalopram
You will be fine after some days of treatment.
