What Causes Fatigue And Excessive Sleepiness?

I m not sure what s going on with me but I m always tired. Even if I slept all day I would still be tired. I could be in the middle of a conversation and just fall asleep. I catch myself nodding out all the time even after sleeping and feeling well rested. I recently started sleep walking and sometimes wake up with head injuries from falling. I get headaches in the front of my head almost every day.

Hi,

Fatigue and excessive sleepiness may be due to infections like viral or urinary tract or pneumonia. It may be due to anemia or hypothyroidism or insomnia or electrolyte imbalance, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please get examined for hemoglobin, serum electrolytes or blood urea and thyroid status then please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
