What Causes Fatigue And Headache After Periods?

Hello, I just recently came off my period for 12 days straight usually it is very steady and only 5 days. I m getting very tired, having a constant head ache, mind cramping like I m getting my period but nothing. I have the urge to vomit, but never do. My back slightly hurts. I m wondering if I could be pregnant I know the pull out method doesn t always work but my boyfriend and I are fairly good at it. & have never had an issue.
