Hello and thank you for asking!

From the symptoms you prescribed, the first to be ruled out is an over active thyroid.

For this you need to check:

-TSH,FT4 and FT3 level.
If hyperthyroidism is confirmed than you should start treatment and within 2 weeks you will see the improvement.

If the thyroid hormones result to be within the normal ranges, than another cause should be try to find.

Please do not hesitate to attach the above hormonal result when you will have them.
Wish you good health.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta Guni
