What Causes Fatigue And Increased Appetite After Taking Mirtazapine?

I have just started taking Mirtazapine . GP started me on 15 mg for four days increasing to 30 mg after another four days. I am feeling extreemly fatigued and very hungry especially in the morning. Also have experienced mildly restless legd at night. Will these side effects resolve with time?

These are potential side effects of mirtazapine. These do not wean off with time and will persist. Request yout doctor to change the drug.
