Hi, I am a 57yo female suffering from overwhelming fatigue with occasional dizziness, nausea, and feeling like I am running a temperature. I am concerned that I am having heart issues, my blood pressure has been slightly raised, but an ECG shows that all is well thought my heart is slow .

There are many causes for your symptoms and most common is Infection . You said you feel like you are running temperature . Did you check your temperature ?

What Causes Fatigue And Nausea?
HI Thanks for posting your query to HCM . There are many causes for your symptoms and most common is Infection . You said you feel like you are running temperature . Did you check your temperature ? Other causes are Anemia , Vitamin Deficiency , Thyroid Problems , Diabetes . I advise you to get these tests done and revert back . CBC, TSH , Serum Vitamin B12 , FBS , PPBS .
