What Causes Fatigue And Swollen Lymph Nodes After Recovering From Neuropathic Arthropathy?
Had a flare up of neuropathic arthropathy. And since i got it under control i just have been feeling exhausted and have had a sinus infection and sore glands and very chapped lips that vaseline is not even helping. J ust feel horrible could this all be related

You are having sinusitis according to mentioned history. It is not related to arthropathy. You can be prescribed short-term steroid course to get relief from congestion and inflammation.
It's advisable to investigate with X-ray of the paranasal sinus. If needed you will be prescribed antibiotic course as well. For the cracked lip, you can simply apply Ensi Atm cream which will help you in improving cracked lips. Multivitamin tablet course also beneficial.
