Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of fatigue and white coating on the tongue. The symptoms seems to be like major Apthae which is a bigger form of apthous ulcers or canker sores. It can occur due to the similar conditions causing canker sores like nutritional deficiency of iron and vitamin B12, trauma to the tip of tongue, acid reflux, diabetes, immunocompromised conditions etc. You can do warm saline gargles and betadine gargles alternatively. Apply a numbing gel containing Choline Salicylate or Lignocaine over the ulcer and take multivitamins, avoid spicy food and do cold compresses over it. If there is any underlying illness get treated for the same for permanent resolution.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
