Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello!

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms seem yo be related to a chronic infection or inflammatory disorder.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with an infectious disease specialist and performing some tests:

- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- A chest X ray study
- An abdominal ultrasound
- Blood lab tests for EBV, Wright, Widal, etc.
- Lymph node biopsy may be needed

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
Cardiologist
