What Causes Fatigue, Headache, Blocked Nose And Ears And Toothache After Drinking?

i was drinking on saturday night , rare occasion for me, but the next day i was exceptionally more tired than i would normally be, and this was the case all day, last nite i started getting headaches, my face hurt, my teeth were hurting, blocked nose, bunged up ears feeling, just total pain in my head, i have woken up today and its all still there hurting like mad, what do i have please? what can i do?

alcohol hangover can result in fatigue and general weakness. An associated headache and low mood are common. I suggest screening for blood parameters and nutritional deficiencies can help us knowing any nutritional deficiencies if present. if the symptoms persist, consider consulting a local physician for opinion as systemic examination are warranted.
