What Causes Fatigue In A Child?

My 6-yr old daughter is very tired all of the time. Even when on Christmas break and having more "down time" than normal, she is always complaining of being tired. She was given a clean bill of health at her last checkup in October, but the fatigue wasn't happening then. Any ideas?

Get his hemoglobin checked a very important cause of fatigue.
Deworm the child, high protein nutritious diet
Other entities to be checked are Thyroid profile, any cardiac abnormality etc.
