What Causes Fatigue, Light-headed, Sporadic Pain Behind Breast When Having High BP/cholesterol?

I have been dealing with chronic fatigue and lack of energy for months now; and am also experiencing the following additional symptoms: light-headedness, flu-like (just not feeling right overall), sporatic pain behind my left breast, and shortness of breath. As of last July, I was diagnosed with hypertension and high cholesterol and am currently on appropriate medication. In addition, I was put on Estradio HRT as I was experiencing acute menopausal symptoms again, including depression ... I had colorectal cancer 18 years ago and my ovaries were destroyed by radiation. I managed to get through the first bout of menopause without much difficulty and without HRT. However this time, it is very debilitating for me to carry out day-to-day functions and work. Could any of these symptoms be related to medication side affects?
