If the bleeding is from vagina, the possible causes are local vaginal infection, cervical erosion, intermenstrual spotting due to hormonal imbalance. If, you are taking any anti inflammatory drugs, sometimes that can lead to thrombocytopenia and can affect the coagulatory system which can present with bleeding and also these drugs can cause ulcers in GITA.
