What Causes Fatigue, Sore And Tender Breasts And Nausea After Eating?

I ve been getting fatigued for no reason at different times of the day, my breasts have been sore and tender for almost three weeks now and getting bigger, I get nauseous after every time I eat. I took a pregnancy test from a free clinic today and the result came back negative. I ve been feeling a pressure from my pelvic region over the past couple of days and at times it hurts to have any pressure in that area. Any ideas on what might be going on with a negative result?
