What Causes Fatigue While On Tramadol?

I have been feeling very tired. I can only do a few things and I have to stop to rest a bit. I get winded even after talking for a while. I take a daily vitamin with D3 and B12. I was told several years ago that it might be COPD. But none of my doctors recommended a treatment. I did smoke about 10 years ago but stopped when I got pneumonia. I don t drink. I take Tramadole several times a day for a very bad back and have been on Gabipentin to help. My question is do I have COPD?

Hi,

It is not the symptom of COPD just feeling tried but it seems to be due to fibromyalgia and you are already taking Gabapentin for this, so just forget about the COPD.

If you do not have persisting cough, breathing difficulty, wheezing, asthma like symptoms then it is not the COPD, X-ray chest is the only way to confirm the COPD you can go for that just to clear the doubt.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
