What Causes Fatigue With Headaches,body Chill And Sore Throat?

For about the last few weeks I have been feeling very off but I'm not quite sure what's wrong. I feel as if I could sleep all day everyday and still be tired. I have constant headaches and get the chills non stop. Sore throat and stuffy nose. My body just feels so run down but I can't figure out what is wrong

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding persistant cogh, cold ,stuffiness of nose and chills with litharginess all the time.

Your clinical history is in favour of respiratory tract infection and it appears to be chronic. To make a proper diagnosis and planing for treatment these basic investigations are necessary-

1- C.T.Scan of paranasal sinuses.

2- X-Ray chest.

3- Culture and sensitivity of throat swab.

4- Gram's staining of throat swab.

5- Blood- CBC, ESR, blood sugar (fasting and post parendial), MP, widal test.

6- Urine- Routine and microscopic.

With the help of inferences of above investigations and their clinical co-relation with physical examination one may make the diagnosis and simultaneously treatment may be planed.
