I get at least 7-9 hours of sleep a night. I'm up early in the morning, eat healthy and exercise 3-5 times a week. By 8pm I feel absolutely exhausted whether I've worked out that day or not. I try not to fight it and just fall asleep. Is this typical? I'm a 37 year old female, none smoker.
