What Causes Fatigue,body Aches And Chest Pain?
My husband is 38 years old, and has had problems with low hemoglobin that has been controlled with iron supplement. Now he is symptomatic with fatigue, body aches, and occasional chest pain. In doing labs hemoglobin now 10.4 while on iron supplement. What could this be?

It could be a symptom of low hemoglobin but ruling out cardiac issue is important. Get the ECG and echo done.
