What Causes Fatigue, excessive Hunger And Frequent Urination?
I ve been been really tired a lot lately, hungry all the time and needing to use the toilet more often and craving certain foods and my sense of smell seems to be different. At first I thought that I might be pregnant due to also having tender breasts and my period being late. But then my period came 10 days late but it wasn t the same as usual, this time I bled really heavy for 2 days and then really lightly for one. Although it has finished I still feel the same way as I do before. I tried taking a pregnancy test before my period but it was negative. I was just wondering if you had any advice on what it could be.
Hi thanks for your query, Do you have obesity? have you checked you blood glucose levels? since you are having fatigue, increased appetite and frequency of urination you need to be ruled out diabetes by doing tests like diabetic screenig test, oral glucose tolerant test. It could be thyroid problem or urine inflammation. I would suggest you to see physician to make out your diagnosis Do take care and get well soon
