What Causes Feeling A Big Lump Inside Rectum?
Hi i am a 28 year old woman and have been suffering with constipation which has caused haemmorhoids. It is that bad that i have has to put my thumb inside my vagina to push the hard faeces down the wall between vagina and rectum. There i found quite a large bump which felt almost like a lump of muscle. Please advise!

First of all you should not put your finger into vagina. That can hurt you. Due to constipation you are getting hard stools which you fill as lump. Try to eat high fiber diet like green leafy vegitables. Do your thyroid once. Hypothyroidism sometimes causes this. If no blood in stools no need to do aurgery for piles but you should see gynacologist once as you may be having rectocele.
