What Causes Feeling Like Having Light Net Over Eyes?
hi. My name is Sue and I'm 62 years old. Today I have experienced flashes of light in my left eye at the outside edge appearing in a vertical line. The streaks appear at random times. Now it seems like I have a light net over my eye and it feels a bit irritated. Thanks for your help.

It seems from the history that you had symptoms of flashes if light.
Flashes of light in old age require evaluation as it may indicate retina teat or retinitis which can predispose to development of retinal detachment.
Hence I advice you to consult eye doctor preferably retina specialist for further evaluation and treatment accordingly.
