What Causes Feeling Like Something Is Blocking Throat That Hurts When Swallowing?
The other week it felt like something was blocking my throat when I ate, I put this down to phlegm as I hVe recently had a chest infection, the feeling then went. Over the last couple of days it has come back but further down my neck, hurts when I swallow food and liquids and also when I burp. Please advise.

You are having a throat infection-pharyngitis or tonsillitis. You need to consult an ENT specialist and most probably he will prescribe antibiotics, anti-allergics & gargles.
