What Causes Feeling Of Breathing Cold Air Similar To Menthol Sensation?

I am 40 yrs old, recently I have noticed that when I breathe in I feel the cold clear air.. similar to menthol sensation or as if I have inhaled that for long. what is the cause? I have no other ailments except for blood pressure which is now under control

I can understand your concern.
Inflammation of sinuses and airways can rarely cause this kind of cold feeling.
So we should rule out sinusitis and bronchitis in your case.
So first consult ENT doctor and get done clinical and endoscopic examination of sinuses.
If this is normal then no need to worry for sinusitis.
Consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
If all these are normal then no need to worry for major diseases.
