What Causes Feeling Of Ear Fullness?

my 24 year old daughter has been experiencing ear fullness in the rt ear. She had an infection resolved last month but still has some remaining issues. Her ENT had a limited series sinus CT done and came back negative

He did mention that she had an inflamed turbunate and started her on dyminsel? (not sure if I have this name correct. Any suggestions or knowledge would be very appreciated

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello

your daughter may be having an eustachian tube dysfunction , which is a normal tube connecting the ear and nose , which is causing the ear fullness , dont worry this is pretty common and will resolve in a few days.
i would like her to continue the medications for the inflammed turbinates , and also take steam inhalation 3-4 times a day , it will help open her eustachian tube and give relief.

Take care!
