What Causes Feeling Of Eyes Moving Back And Forth While Reading?

Sometimes when i'm reading or concentrating hard on something my eyes move back and forth very fast for a second. It happens usually when i'm looking at something on a computer. Is this a big deal? It started happening in February 2011. It doesn't hurt, I'm just curious what this could be from? Muscle spasms, or maybe stress related?
