What Causes Feeling Of Food Stuck In Esophagus And Vomiting Sensation?

last night after only eating a few bites of food, i felt like it was lodged in my esophagus, it was slightly painful and got the feeling that i was going to throw up. it lasted about a minute, but i didn t feel comfortable eating after that. any idea what was going on (btw, i was hungry, hadn t eaten in 6 hours)

Hello,

It may be due to acid reflux.

For that you can take tablet pantoprazole and syp mucaine gel after physician consultation.

Avoid hot and spicy foods.

Do regular physical exercise.

In case of not getting relief you may require upper GI endoscopy after consultation
