HI,Welcome with your query to HCM.
Based on the facts of your query, you seem to have viral subclinical infection which is causing tired and weak feeling for a week, even though you have no problem drinking/eating /or breathing earlier to it.
The recent neck tightness lately indicates the Acid Reflux associated with
viral gastritis or the earlier accompanied gastritis with Acid reflux and GERD.

Hope this reply resolves your worry with your query.

Will appreciate writing your feedback review comments,to help the needy patients like you at HCM.

Good Day!!
