Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Please share with us some more details like medications you are on, how is your menstrual cycles, any blood investigations done?

This could be due to hormonal issues like change in thyroid function or change in sex hormone function. Please have your thyroid function tests done and check sex hormone status if cycles are irregular.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
