What Causes Feeling Of Lump Inside The Throat When I Swallow?
I️ have a sharp lump feeling every time I️ swallow. It also causes pain in my ear.. all on the right side. I️ have had this several times usually goes away in 3-4 weeks. I️ have received so answers for this but Hashimoto’s. I️ do not believe this is my thyroid. I️ need answers.

Dear have you examine your throat?? have you saw any tonscil enlargement ??
it may be due to pharyngitis,or tonsillitis or gastro esophageal reflux disease rarely myasthenia gravis or myotonic dystrophy etc...
thyroid swelling may present like mass effects on throat if it is massive enlargement. may also present like dysphagia.
please consult your doctor get oral examination is done and get treated accordingly.
