What Causes Feeling Of Movements In The Abdomen When Diagnosed With Tumors?

I have had 3 ultrasounds the first two showed very small fibrous tumors this last one showed that they had grown. I have all the signs of pregnancy and have experienced negative pregnancy test even while actually being pregnant. I lost one baby because I was told I wasn t pregnant. I have a fetal Doppler and have heard what sounds like placenta and heart tones. I have 5 live children and know my body pretty well. What would cause heartbeat sounds and what would cause movements of what feels like kicks if it is only a tumor? Do they move around like a baby would?
