What Causes Feeling Of Pebble Movement Every Time During Urination?

Every time I urinate it feels like a pebble is going along for the ride and I can feel it all the down my right side. It's very painful. I'm also having sharp stabbing pain in front and back and some nausea. I went to the ER and they ruled out kidney stones and infection. What else can this be?

* Now as per your narration, ruled our kidney stones but what about ureter,
urinary bladder ?
* Suggest to attach all reports as scanned copies in attachment please , so
that we can figure out the issue thoroughly.
