What Causes Feeling Of Something Hard Inside Ear Along With Itching Sensation?

hello doctor, i already went to 3 different doctors about my ear, i feel like i have an earwax blockage coz sometimes i can hear like ringing in my ear sometimes i cant hear on the other side, but they have the same findings that i dont have any earwax at all, but everytime i put my finger in my ear i can feel something hard inside, and sometimes i can feel earpain and sometimes its itchy, the doctor said that my ear is clean but i dont remember when i cleaned my ear .. if my ear is clean how come i can feel a hard thing in there and everytime i use eardrop i didnt go all the way to the bottom its like something in my ear is blocking the eardrop so it wont go in the bottom .. pls answer my question that those 3 doctors didnt answer
