I thought I had glass in my foot but now think a corn, I have a hole in my foot now with little black dots in the middle, I have been using Curad Mediplast and know the acid made the hole but should I pick at the middle, it is very painful and am very tired of ot

chances of corn is very likely and this may not be any foreign body inside, if you have got some doubt then get it examined clinically by doctor, but do not try to do it on your own, this may cause harm, take care, have a nice day.
