Hello,
Sorry to hear of your ill health. Normally patients that receive tetanus shots in my experience complain of pain at the site of the shot. It is possible the pain is from the site of the shot, not your heart. For now, there is no cause for worry. But if you begin to develop additional symptoms like shortness of breath, fever or you feel your heart is beating fast. You should call the emergency line. Warm regards
