What Causes Feeling Of Urine Stuck In Penis After Urinating?

ok so i have a medical concern and i found another individual posted a question regarding the same issue that fits my situation to a T, but the doctor simply responded with, go to a doctor and get checked. I can tell myself that. I want to know what the possibilities are. After I pee there is a feeling of urine left over stuck in the penis. Not in the bladder but in the penis. It doesn't dribble out or anything, but at the same time its a little difficult to push it out afterwards. There is no burning, pain, or discomfort and until now I have been given a clean bill of health. What could this be a symptom of?
